Design Notes

A 2xGGGGS flexible linker was introduced between AzoR and SpyCatcher to make sure the domains of two proteins will not be interfering with each other. 6XHis tag was also added at the N-terminus of the coding sequence for purification reasons.

Source

Azoreductase AzoR was from Klebsiella oxytoca. The SpyCatcher was acquired by iGEM part BBa_K1650037
